At a place where boys are teasted on highly toxic products and put to work by the state, and at the end most are covered in burns and soares. Cosmo knows that if he don’t escape he will die in a so called orphanege, and when the moment finally arises he takes his chance and breaks out with the support of the supernaturalist a bunch of mix match kids who all have the same special ability as cosmo, they can see supernaturl parasites, An animal that feeds on human life force. The Supernaturalist patrol at night finding  parasites in hopes of saving the city of Satellite city and humanity or so they think.
